Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for our Andover site to join a market leading supply chain team. You will deliver chilled, frozen and ambient goods to Co-op stores, operate vehicles safely and complete paperwork accurately.

The role is full-time/ permanent with a shift pattern of Any 5 from 7, 48 hours per week, starting between 00:00 and 04:00; salary is £52,806 per year with overtime, generous leave, pension and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years.
• Previous experience driving category C+E vehicles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Co-op stores.
• Operate vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently.
• Complete all paperwork fully, accurately and on time.
• Comply with Driver’s hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations.
