Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Class 1 (CE) Driver for ongoing day work in Derby. You will complete deliveries and collections, ensuring loads are moved safely and professionally, with start times between 04:00 and 06:00, Monday to Friday.

The role offers hourly pay (£17.73–£26.59), with overtime and weekly holiday accrual. A valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Tachograph card, and at least 12 months recent Class 1 experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries and collections on behalf of the client.
• Ensure loads are transported safely and professionally.
• Provide excellent service during day shifts.

Ongoing Class 1 Day Driver - Derby

£17.73 to £26.59 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Work

We're currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (CE) Drivers for ongoing day work with our client based in Derby.

If you're looking for consistent, Monday to Friday work with excellent pay rates and no weekend commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on offer?

• £17.73 per hour
• £26.59 per hour overtime (after 9 hours)
• Minimum 9-hour paid shift
• Monday to Friday
• Day shifts with start times between 04:00 and 06:00
• Ongoing, regular work
• Weekly holiday accrual (paid separately)

Please note: Pay rates shown exclude holiday pay, which is accrued for every hour worked.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll be completing deliveries and collections on behalf of our client, ensuring all loads are transported safely and professionally while delivering excellent service.
