Job summary

Woodside Logistics Group in Grimsby is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for a permanent role within our motorfreight division. You will operate throughout Great Britain, adhering to all road safety rules and company procedures, delivering reliable service with a professional handover to customers.

Role requires a valid HGV Class C&E licence, digital tachograph card, CPC qualification, and at least one year of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year driving experience.
• Clean license preferred; up to 6 points acceptable.
• Ability to work legally in the UK.
• Knowledge of drivers’ hours and WTD regulations.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient and responsible driving of Company vehicle.
• Presentation of vehicle to customer and full handover including controls explanation.
• Delivery documents on electronic platforms using tablets or smartphones.
• Maintain professional appearance and vehicle presentation.
• Ensure compliance with road safety and tachograph regulations.
• Carry out duties in line with company policies and procedures.
