Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) for day shifts in Hinckley, on an ongoing temporary basis. Role entails depot-to-depot trunking, refuelling at refinery sites, and safe transport of hazardous goods with strong customer service and road safety standards.

Start times are between 4:00am and 6:00am on a 4 on 2 off pattern. Pay ranges from £18.27 per hour to £27.41 for overtime and weekend shifts, plus a £1,000 retention bonus and up to £1,000 performance bonus every six

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
• Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions

Job description

This Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) - Days - Stoney Sta position in Hinckley offers ongoing temporary day work with a national client, starting immediately. Duties include depot-to-depot trunking deliveries, refuelling at refinery sites and safe transportation of hazardous goods, with strong customer service and road safety standards expected throughout. Start times fall between 4:00am and 6:00am on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern. Applicants should hold a valid C+E licence with ADR certification and proven HGV driving experience.

Pay ranges from £18.27 per hour to £27.41 for overtime and weekends, supplemented by a £1000 retention bonus and performance bonuses of up to £1000 every six months.

Manpower Driving and& Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers based at Stoney Stanton.

The Role

• Depot-to-depot trunking deliveries
• Refuelling at refinery sites

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety
• Start times: Between 4:00am and 6:00am
• Available Shift Patterns 4 on 2 off - Days

Pay and Benefits £18.27 per hour £27.41 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts PAYE employment 28 days paid holiday per year Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 1 years'' HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions
• Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.
