Job summary

Manpower are recruiting for a Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) for night shifts at Immingham. You’ll handle depot-to-depot trunking, refuelling at refinery sites, and safe transport of hazardous goods, all while delivering top customer service. Immediate start with competitive hourly pay and overtime rates.

Overtime and weekend shifts pay £27.44 per hour after 42.5 hours. Night shift bonus applies per shift; 28 days holiday, PAYE engagement, and ongoing consultant support are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No DD or DR convictions.

£18.29 per hour | £27.44 per hour Overtime & Weekends | Immediate Start

Manpower Driving & Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers based at Immingham. If you're a professional HGV Driver looking for ongoing day work with excellent rates of pay, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Depot-to-depot trunking deliveries
• Refuelling at refinery sites
• Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety

Start times

Between 4:00pm and 8:00pm

Available Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday
• Monday - Friday (3 weeks of nights, 1 week of days)

Pay & Benefits

• £18.29 per hour
• £27.44 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts
• PAYE employment
• 28 days paid holiday per year
• Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support
• Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions

Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

October start dates are available.

This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.
