Job summary

Manpower Driving & Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers based at Saxham, Bury St Edmunds.

As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you'll refuel at refinery sites and transport hazardous goods safely and compliantly, while maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety. Start times range from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, with night shifts and long-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No DD or DR convictions.

Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) - Nights - Bury St Edmunds
£18.89 per hour | £28.34 per hour Overtime & Weekends | Immediate Start
Night Bonus - £20 per shift
Performance Bonus of up to £1000 every 6 months
Manpower Driving & Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers based at Saxham, Bury St Edmunds.

The Role

As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Refuelling at refinery sites
• Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety

Start times: Between 3:00pm and 5:00pm

Available Shift Patterns

• Tuesday - Saturday
• Thursday - Monday
• £18.89 per hour
• £28.34 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts
• 28 days paid holiday per year
• Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support
• Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions

Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Immediate or October start dates are available. This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.
