Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver (C+E) in Bury St Edmunds. The role covers depot-to-depot trunking, refuelling at refineries, and transporting hazardous goods with focus on safety and customer service. Start times are 4:00pm–6:00pm, Friday to Tuesday, on a temporary contract.

Requirements include a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, ADR Tanks, Driver CPC, and digital tachograph card, with at least 2 years HGV experience and no more than 6 points. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions

Responsibilities

• Depot-to-depot trunking deliveries
• Refuelling at refinery sites
• Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
• Maintain high standards of customer service and road safety
• Start times between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
• Shift pattern: Friday–Tuesday
