Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting several C+E (Class 1) ADR drivers for day shifts in Port Clarence, Stockton, serving a national client. The role involves trunking between depots and loading at local refineries.

The package includes a guaranteed hourly rate (£18.84), overtime after 42.5 hours, a £20 night shift allowance, and 28 days' holiday as PAYE. Start is in November with the assignment running through end March 2027 (potential extension).

Qualifications

• ADR - class 2 in tanks.
• Valid C+E driving licence with 2 years truck/HGV experience.
• Digi Card and DCPC card required.
• DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

Manpower have an existing vacancy for multiple C+E (Class 1) ADR Drivers to work Days for one of our national clients in Port Clarence, Stockton. The role is Trunking work depot to depot and loading out of the local refineries.

All tanker work

Pay

Up To £1000 bonus for assignment completion.
£18.84 per hour - Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
£28.26 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and time and a half at weekends.
Plus £20 Per night shift allowance
Rates are PAYE including 28 days holiday per year.

Shifts

4 on 2 off shift pattern, starting 04:00

Details

The role is due to start in November and will run until the end of March 2027 when it will be reviewed, potentially going through until May.

For insurance purposes you should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
