What We’re Looking For:

A skilled barista, confident in dialing in grinders, maintaining coffee machines, and handling day-to-day cleaning and food prep. Someone with a genuine interest in wine—whether you already have knowledge or are eager to learn. Ideally based in East London, with a strong sense of community and hospitality. A team player with a positive attitude, keen to be part of a creative and social environment.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities:

  2. Open to training and learning
  3. Genuinely interested in wine and coffee culture
  4. Understanding of where coffee comes from, how it’s roasted, and the variety of flavours it offers
  5. Good at following systems and processes—aligning with SHED’s way of working
  6. Strong command of English
  7. Likeable, friendly, and engaging with customers and colleagues
What We Offer:
  1. Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certified training to refine your coffee skills
  2. Company pension scheme for long-term security
  3. Access to photographic studios on occasion—ideal for those with an interest in photography and the arts
  4. A friendly, relaxed workspace where coffee, wine, and creativity intersect
