About your new role

We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager within Police Claims who will be responsible for Operational Excellence and the performance of their team.

Accountabilities

• Drive performance against targets, KPIs, SLAs, and SOPs to deliver operational excellence and financial performance for clients.
• Ensure excellent quality of service for clients.
• Develop a high-performing team culture with low attrition, high engagement, and a deep understanding of delivering a great customer journey.

• Manage capacity, recruitment, and throughput of work for profit.
• Conduct regular 121s to drive performance and outcomes.
• Lead strategic projects to improve operations, processes, and compliance.

About You

You should have previous relevant experience and a genuine interest in this area of work.

We require:

• 4 years PQE
• Experience handling litigation; claims against Police experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven team management experience preferred but not essential.
• Focus on team management, performance, and delivery.
• Technical ability across a broad area, capable of working independently or with recognized expertise.
