Claims Service Manager – Motor & Home Claims
Location: all Aviva sites – Glasgow, Perth, Norwich, York, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Eastleigh or London – 50% hybrid working
Salary:Circa £40,000 - £45,000 (national) - Circa £47,000 - £52,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

A bit about the job:
We’re looking for a Claims Service Manager to help shape how we support our strategic clients. This role is all about proactive account management, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service. You’ll work closely with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment. For this role, we are looking for candidates ideally with Motor or Home Claims Insurance knowledge and/or strong relationship management experience ideally working in the insurance/banking/other financial services sectors.
