This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing team and drive service excellence across our claims operations.
About the RoleReporting to the Regional Claims Manager, you will lead a team of 6–10 Claims Handlers, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, effective, and client-focused claims service. You’ll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing your team, while also collaborating with Claims Executives and Senior Claims Handlers to deliver our claims proposition.
