Role Overview

As a Claims Service Adviser, you will manage a portfolio of claims for commercial corporate clients, ensuring claims progress promptly and to the best conclusion. Responsibilities include:

  1. Promptly notifying insurers of claims, establishing coverage, and assisting clients with disclosures.
  2. Coordinating claims from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to settlement, advocating for clients.
  3. Providing expert guidance and technical support to clients.
  4. Maintaining relationships with key contacts.
  5. Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, and stakeholders.
  6. Managing electronic claim files accurately within SLA.
  7. Attending claims review meetings and producing reports.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Insurance Claims, especially Motor, Property, or Liability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and structured environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
