This ‘Third Party Administrator – with a difference’ is the brain child of several insurance veterans with rich pedigrees in utilising state-of-the-art technology to tackle longstanding problems in the claims industry. Cash rich, it has been backed by a number of specialist VC firms, and has long-term agreements in place with some of the best-known MGA’s on the planet.

This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

Due to having long-term deals in place with a number of MGA’s (each with diverse books of business), the need has arisen to appoint a Motor Claims Team Leader. Here, you will be responsible for managing a team of Motor Claims Handlers, each dealing with a caseload comprising both Personal Injury and Credit Hire cases. Your managerial duties will include training, development and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file /audit checking to ensure compliance. Whilst you will not be managing your own caseload, you will be a technical referral point for the team.

It is essential that you technically-competent within both Bodily Injury and Credit Hire Motor claims. You must also have solid managerial skills, and the ability to help a friendly and supportive environment where a fully remote-based team enjoy working to shared goals and objectives. As this dynamic firm is seen as somewhat of a ‘disrupter’ in the sometimes rather staid TPA claims sector, you must also be dynamic, able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly-evolving environment, and be willing to challenge the status quo. Equally, as this firm is growing so rapidly, you must be willing to get involved in a variety of different projects and assignments.
