Job summary

The Acorn Group in Sevenoaks is seeking a Claims Intelligence Analyst to support the Counter Fraud team. You will identify and review suspected fraudulent claims using intelligence tools and report findings.

You will build relationships with intelligence suppliers, work with Investigators, Underwriters and the Intelligence team to improve fraud savings. The role is hybrid and hours are typical 9:00am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Intelligence or Counter Fraud Investigations preferred.
• Experience using fraud detection tools and intelligence analysis software.
• Knowledge of claims/underwriting best practice and regulatory requirements (FCA, DPA, TCF).

Responsibilities

• Investigate suspected fraudulent claims/policies using intelligence tools.
• Deliver usable intelligence-based products to reduce claim losses.
• Provide intelligence-led support to general claims/policy teams.
• Present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Develop and maintain relationships with intelligence suppliers and law enforcement agencies.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements (DPA, FCA, TCF).
• Report fraudulent claims to counter fraud agencies and provide evidence.
