Location: Shrewsbury

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000

Are you an experienced claims professional looking to join a supportive and close-knit team? We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected, family-run commercial insurance business for a Claims Handler to manage a varied portfolio of commercial claims.

About the Role

As a Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to clients, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately. You’ll be part of a friendly team of 12, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise and input are truly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end claims processes across various commercial insurance lines
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide updates and advice to clients throughout the claims lifecycle
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed
