Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Commercial Claims Handler, located in Sheffield. The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and professionally. The role involves communicating with clients and insurers, gathering necessary documentation, and maintaining detailed records.

3 full day per week or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cross Class Commercial Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Motor Insurance claims bias preferred
• Proficient in handling Insurance Claims and understanding Insurance processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Punctual, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
• Experience with industry-specific software is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance or a related field are advantageous
