We seek a Claims Handler specializing in Marine, Cargo, Fine Art, and Species. You will manage a diverse portfolio of claims, ensuring efficient resolution and excellent service. Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and legal experts to assess claims, negotiate settlements, and guide complex cases. Experience in specialty insurance claims, strong analytical skills, and professionalism are essential. What Will You Do?

• Analyze and apply policy coverage to claims.
• Investigate claims.
• Negotiate and settle claims proactively.
• Reserve claims accurately.

• Technical knowledge to handle claims within handling authority.
• Experience in London Market claim handling preferred.
• Competence in claims management standards.
• Intermediate communication and business skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and exercise sound judgment.
• Working towards ACII or London Market Insurance Certificate is preferred.

What is a Must Have?

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience in insurance-related activities (paralegal, operations, broker).
