We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Bristol, Glasgow or Leeds. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Claims Advisor to join our teams in Glasgow, Leeds, or Bristol.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and processing insurance claims
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
  • Assessing claims validity and ensuring timely settlements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance claims handling (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Proficiency in claims management software

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of commercial claims
