Claims Handler Position

A bespoke and customer-driven insurance solutions client is seeking to appoint a Claims Handler.

In insurance claims, unpredictability is common. As a member of the claims team, you will play an important role within the business.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing the unique facts of each case and using your judgment to determine the appropriate course of action.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, or 4-9 (including Maths and English)
• Dedicated, willing to learn, friendly, positive, and inquisitive
• Committed to excellent customer service
• Confident with good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Development Opportunities

Our client offers support in developing a variety of skills essential for a career in insurance. You will have the opportunity to obtain the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance, with ongoing support for further studies towards ACII qualification.
