What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing claims end-to-end, from first contact to resolution
  • Communicating clearly with legal teams, insurers, and stakeholders
  • Investigating incidents, gathering facts, and analysing details
  • Helping to refine and improve the claims handling process

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in claims handling or claims administration
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (Salesforce experience a bonus)
  • An eye for detail and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement
