Location: Bolton (Egerton)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible working patterns available)
Salary: From £24,150 to £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Third-Party Claims Handler to join a dynamic and growing team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Third-Party claims handling or credit hire who is seeking career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities - Claims Handler
Manage all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims
Effectively prioritize and handle your claims portfolio
Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders
Handle complex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes
Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
Identify and refer fraudulent activity
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth claims process
What We're Looking For - Claims Handler
2+ years of experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary range)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to build relationships with clients and external partners
CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)
Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
