Job description

Responsibilities

• Taking on new clients and evaluating how prospective a case may be
• Handling client's data, and accurately utilising our tailor made software to store information and to set up a new case
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook, amongst others, to manage your emails, spreadsheets and duties arising as a result of your role
• Dealing with insurance companies and solicitors to settle cases
• Arguing liability, negotiating quantum and liaising with clients in respect of the progress and outcome of their cases
