A reputable insurance company in Norwich is seeking an Accidental Damage Claims Handler to maintain and manage claims from inception to settlement. This role involves building strong relationships with customers and ensuring timely resolution of claims. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in claims, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate attention to detail. The company supports hybrid working, allowing flexibility between home and office.
