You will work in a busy telephony-based environment, guiding and supporting customers through their health claims journey. This includes confirming appointments, resolving bill queries, and assisting with services such as overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostics, scans, or aftercare. Part of your role will involve handling customer dissatisfaction with team support.

Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week, with options for part-time work after an 18-week training period. There is also an option to increase hours to a 40-hour contract with an increased salary of up to 31,200.
Shift patterns are flexible between 08:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday. Additionally, one Saturday shift every six weeks, from 09:00 to 13:00.
