About the Role

This is a home-based Motor Claims Handler position with an innovative Insurtech company that is revolutionizing the claims landscape. Backed by leading VC firms and long-term agreements with major MGAs, this company offers a dynamic environment focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Handle Motor Claims, including Damage losses, from either Private or Commercial Motor backgrounds.
• Manage claims settlement processes efficiently, either within an insurance company, delegated authority, or TPA.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building skills.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organization and task management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Motor Claims, including Damage losses.
• Experience in settling claims within an insurance company or delegated authority environment.
• Highly motivated, self-organized, and client service-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations empathetically.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary between £30K - £35K per annum (negotiable based on experience). Benefits include support for professional qualifications and opportunities for career progression as the company expands.
