We re seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our clients team and take the lead on complex commercial claims across a number of different sectors. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex and high-value corporate claims
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurers throughout the claims process
• Provide expert guidance and advocacy to ensure optimal claim outcomes
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers on claims strategy
• Monitor claim trends, provide reports and recommendations for risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial insurance claims, ideally with corporate/enterprise clients
• Strong knowledge of a range of commercial lines
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
