Job summary

Howden in London is seeking a skilled Claims Executive to manage commercial and schemes claims. You will own claims from notification to settlement, negotiate with insurers, and act as a trusted adviser to clients.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office, and focuses on delivering exceptional service while mentoring junior colleagues. Ideal candidates have strong broker-based claims experience, a solid grasp of policy coverage, and excellent stakeholder management.
