Claims Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Claims professional to join our Client’s growing team.

The role involves handling Public Liability (PL) claims under Delegated Authority for a major International client, who they have a close and long-standing relationship with.

It’s a Client Facing role with regular engagement with key stakeholders, including Insurers, loss adjusters, and solicitors. This is also a hands-on Technical role involving policy interpretation, liability assessment, and negotiation.

The successful Claims Executive will be responsible for end-to-end claims handling, including:

  1. Investigating breach of duty and assessing liability.
  2. Defending or settling claims through the MOJ portal.
  3. Providing technical advice on policy coverage and best practices.
  4. Liaising with Insurers, Loss Adjusters, Solicitors, and clients to ensure effective resolution.

To be a successful Claims Executive you will demonstrate:

  1. Experience handling casualty claims, particularly Public Liability.
  2. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

For the first few months to facilitate your training and to enable you to build your internal network, you will be full-time office-based, after which you can work on a hybrid basis.
