A leading organization seeks dedicated individuals to serve as the first point of contact for customers with health insurance claims. Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part-time work after the initial 18-week full-time training period). We also offer the option for an enhanced 40-hour contract after training, with an increased salary of up to £31,200.
Flexible shift patterns are available between 08:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday shift every six weeks, from 09:00 - 13:00.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers making a health insurance claim. Whether it's booking an appointment, sorting out a bill, or arranging overnight care, you'll guide them through every step.
You will help customers access the private treatment they need, from outpatient tests to aftercare. Handling occasional complaints with full support from your team, this role truly matters and offers a chance to make a big impact.
