We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic Major Loss team.

A bit about the job:

You will provide vital administrative support to our Major Loss Field teams, playing a key role in the proactive and efficient support of Home Major Loss Claims. This position focuses on supporting the team throughout the claim lifecycle, ensuring key milestones are met, delivering excellent customer outcomes, helping shorten claim lifecycles, and optimizing indemnity spend.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating instructions and on-site meetings with customers, third parties, and suppliers; handling phone calls from adjusters, customers, and suppliers; updating claim files; arranging payments within the team's authority; assisting with emails; and providing general IT support using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Good knowledge of Home Claims in general.
  • Skilled in planning, prioritizing, managing time, and organizing personal workload and priorities.
  • Proficient in identifying and solving problems with experience in handling complaints.
  • Capable of meeting customer needs effectively.
  • Strong relationship management skills and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external.
