Job description

Claims Co-ordinator Stoke / Hybrid

You will be working to support our major clients in a supportive and friendly environment with good career prospects. This administrative position involves supporting Loss Adjusters with various tasks.

What will your day look like:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to our customers and clients.
  • Undertaking daily tasks within agreed SLA’s.
  • Chasing suppliers both internal and external to ensure a smooth and efficient claim journey.
  • Proofreading completed work and correcting spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.
  • Understanding Data Protection procedures.
  • Familiarity with company systems and procedures.
  • Demonstrating flexibility based on customer demands.
  • Recognizing inconsistencies during processes and escalating them to the Line Manager.
Knowledge and Abilities:

This position suits someone with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially in spotting grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
