A prestigious Lloyd's brokerage in the City of London is seeking an experienced Claims Client Manager to join their UK Claims Team. In this hybrid role, you will provide claims services to a portfolio of clients and support overall claims service provision. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Property or Real Estate claims and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Our client, a City based Lloyd's brokerage, have a new exciting opportunity within the Global Real Estate Division for an experienced Claims Client Manager to join their UK Claims Team.

In this role you will provide claims services to an allocated portfolio of clients across the UK while supporting the overall claims service provision to clients and supporting associates within the team.

Applicants will require strong Property or Real Estate claims experience. Full support will be given with professional qualifications and this will be a hybrid role.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand the insurance programme and service plans for an allocated portfolio of clients and document client specific claim handling arrangements for internal purposes.
  • Build and nurture close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of client, insurer and loss adjuster contacts.
  • Actively participate in tenders, presenting the claims proposition to perspective clients.
  • Conduct periodic claims portfolio reviews on allocated clients.
