A leading insurance company based in Liverpool is seeking a Claims Auditor to lead audit activities and drive compliance. Responsibilities include planning audits, producing reports, and staying updated with regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and experience in Claims disciplines. Hybrid working options are available, with a competitive salary ranging from £31,349 to £43,750, plus an annual bonus.
As a Claims Auditor you will work closely with the Claims Audit Lead to provide auditing resources, ensuring Acorn's regulatory compliance and governance controls operate effectively to mitigate risks. You will engage with Claims Handlers and other Claims staff to identify root causes of issues and barriers to success, and work with team leaders to develop quality reviewing skills and improve operation of the Quality Management system.

37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
£31,349 - £43,750 depending on experience, plus an up to £2000 annual bonus, paid out quarterly.
