Aviva is seeking a Claims Assurance & Capability Lead to oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in their UK General Insurance Claims team. This role involves managing a team, conducting gap analyses, and leading innovative training designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and capability development within Financial Services, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Claims Assurance & Capability Lead – Salary circa £70,000 (DOE)

A bit about the job:
As the Assurance and Capability Lead for UK GI (General Insurance) Claims at Aviva, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and remediating issues through quality assurance, conducting capability gap analyses, and evolving our Claims Academy design. You will lead a team dedicated to driving continuous improvement and ensuring robust reporting mechanisms. This role is essential in building the right capability for the future and delivering better outcomes for our customers.
