Overview

Are you a Veterinary Nurse looking for a change of direction but would still love to utilise your skills? Or do you have experience assessing pet insurance claims? If yes, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a professional, customer-centric individual to join our friendly Claims team in Salisbury. As a Claims Assessor you will be responsible for ensuring the assessment of pet insurance claims is fair & carried out in line with policy wording, whilst providing the highest standard of customer service.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A thorough, analytical and methodical approach to work
• A desire to be a policy expert to ensure they can be confident and decisive with their claim cases
• Previous experience working in a veterinary or pet insurance organisation (min NVQ Level 2 or 3 in vet nursing or vet nursing degree)
