We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team in Bristol at MercerMarsh Benefits. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
This challenging and rewarding role involves various responsibilities, primarily focusing on providing first-class service to beneficiaries and clients experiencing bereavement, and supporting claims processing within a master trust setting.
You will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding of clients to the master trust, processing this promptly while maintaining excellent customer service for clients and consultants alike.
The key aspect of this role is to gather information about potential beneficiaries to inform trustees' decisions regarding death benefits. This involves written and verbal communication, with full training provided on handling sensitive conversations with empathy towards the bereaved.
