Job description

Overview

This role involves handling claims from initial notification through to resolution, with responsibilities including:

• First notification of loss for D&O, PI, and Crime claims
• Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters, and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc.)
• Conducting data analysis to establish claims history and identify trends in claims for specific clients or business segments
• Negotiating claim payments and settlements with clients and underwriters
• Coordinating discussions and meetings to ensure effective communication among clients, underwriters, and their representatives regarding claims settlement

Experience required:

• Experience dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution
• Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims and the ability to coordinate discussions with networks, clients, underwriters, and experts
• Experience with the CLASS and ECF Processing systems (preferable)
