The Company are currently looking for a Claims Advocate to join their team and build upon your claims experience.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Helping to develop a claims service strategy and claims propositions that give the customer exactly what they need.
Contributes to the Lloyd’s Broker strategy to support Company operations and growth targets.
Representing Claim in internal and external customer meetings.
Monitor service performance; liaise with Underwriters on building opportunities to grow their influence on the renewal and new business processes. Work with Claim teams and Risk Control to provide information on claims activity and trends ensuring a market differentiating customer experience.
Experience managing key client accounts, addressing trends and issues affecting their business and mitigating risks and exposures as required.
A market recognised track record of delivering claims solutions to complex clients is essential to this role.
Strong technical claims expertise in relevant Lloyd’s products is a must.
