The Role

We don’t just support our customers when they need us, we also provide support to the effected third party when the accident is not their fault.

This is where you come in as an interventions agent, providing vehicle repair solutions and hire cars.


As a Intervention Capture Advisor you’ll make contact with the third party and discuss their options by making the initial arrangements if they proceed with our services. Our aim is to get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

Responsible for servicing inbound and outbound phone calls from Third Party customers and provide a professional service

Identify the right commercial approach to the services we offer Third Party customers to reduce the hire and repair spend across the Claims teams

Building trusting relationships with Third Party customers and give them the best start to their claims journey with Hastings

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders

Responsible for meeting monthly targets by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives

Ensure all costs are kept to a minimum

To be aware of potential fraudulent claims and escalating in line with company procedures
