Job Title: Claims Advisor
Salary: £24,000 per year
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Office-based)
Shifts: 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, or 12pm–8pm (on rotation)

You’ll support clients by handling calls, reviewing claims, and clearly explaining our terms, fees, and funding options. It’s a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle incoming calls and client queries with professionalism.

  • Review new cases to assess suitability for funding or litigation.

  • Provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, and fees.

  • Work closely with internal teams to keep claims progressing.
