Job Title: Claims Advisor

Salary: £24,000 per year


Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)


Location: Liverpool City Centre (Office-based)


Shifts: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 12pm-8pm (on rotation)

  • Handle incoming calls and client queries with professionalism.
  • Review new cases to assess suitability for funding or litigation.
  • Provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, and fees.
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep claims progressing.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legal standards.
What We’re Looking For

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience.
  • Understanding of claims, legal processes, or financial services (a plus).
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
