You would be working closely with other Claims Administrators and Claims Specialists. Your goal is to provide efficient and accurate claims services, striving for Customer Service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Claims Specialists in administrative claims management tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to client & customer demonstrating strong verbal (using telephone) and strong written communication skills.
• Provide data entry to a high standard.
• Ensure timely and accurate claims expense payments are paid to the end recipient.
• Manage claims workflow within set time limits to ensure claims post is inducted correctly onto relevant systems.
• Adhere to risk management guidelines and practices.

About the Team


We are a large team of Claims Administrators and a Claims Specialists collaborating with a key client. Our portfolio of claims includes Group and Individual Income Protection product lines. We pride ourselves on integrity and accuracy. We are strong communicators, with great customer service skills. We work together, always adding the right value to the right claims.

About You


• You may be experienced in insurance, or new to the industry, but eager to learn and develop.
• The role requires you to be detailed oriented, organised, and pro-active in managing your own caseload.
• The role would suit someone energised and keen to take on a variety of tasks, including opportunities to learn more about our products and services.
• Excellent people skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of the UK regulatory environment to include but not limited to: FCA and FOS an advantage.
• Experience of dealing with customers and a background in customer service a plus
• Medical and clinical insights a plus
