Claims Recruitment Services is recruiting a Claims Administrator for a Lloyd's Syndicate in London. The role supports the claims team with data entry, filing, reporting and MI development while offering exposure to the Lloyd’s market.

The successful candidate could be a school leaver or graduate who shows initiative and a willingness to learn. Strong IT skills and excellent communication are essential for daily tasks and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Confident to undertake routine tasks on a daily basis.
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and support members of the claims team.
• Solid IT skills and attention to detail are critical.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting up claims and filing correspondence / documents on to the internal system.
• Producing reports, and disseminating claims data both internally and externally.
• Inputting data on to the internal system and liaising with other departments.
• Assisting in the production of monthly and quarterly MI for effective board reporting.
• Liaising with brokers and service providers.
• Processing monthly claims bordereaux.
