So, what does the role of a Claims Administrator here involve?

This role will be made for you if you love providing an end-to-end claims service, building on new and existing client and Insurer relationships by way of first class service across all classes of commercial and personal lines claims.

Our Claims Administrators are excellent at reporting, chasing and advising customers on their claims and liaise from the First Notification of Loss through to the settlement of claims.

What you will do

Responsibilities
  • liaise with insurers and customers alike to ensure a smooth claims experience
  • protect the interests of client and insurer to achieve the best outcome
  • assist in the recovery of our customers uninsured losses
  • issue continental travel documentation
  • Filing and other administrative duties
  • Answer Helpline calls received from clients
  • Assist the Account Executives and Directors with their broking duties as and when required, including visits to clients
