Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to start a career in insurance claims handling.You will join our dedicated team in Tamworth, playing an important part in our Commercial customer claims journey.Maintaining client relationships is a key part of our operation and we are happy to support people who wish to attend meetings and develop that aspect of their role.

Following successful completion of probation, we are happy to offer a hybrid working model based out of our friendly Tamworth office.Our mixed model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office-working, offering flexibility for everyone.

How you'll make an impact

  • You will be a dedicated commercial motor claims handler, managing a portfolio of motor damage claims from first notification to settlement.
  • You will be trained to make decisions on quantum and liability
  • You will liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants and their representatives using multiple means of communication such as phone and email.

About You

  • Basic understanding of the concept of insurance
  • Happy and comfortable in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Good letter writing and English language skills
  • Ability to deal with customers respectfully
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and progress into other aspects of claims handling
  • Eligible to work in the UK
