Job summary

Claims Recruitment Services in London is seeking a Financial Lines Claims Adjuster to manage claims for a Lloyd’s/market client. You will handle the end-to-end process from initial intake to settlement, assess coverages, and coordinate with senior management as needed.

The role requires solid Financial Lines claims handling experience, ongoing CII qualifications, and the ability to negotiate favorable outcomes while working independently.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Financial Lines claims within Lloyd’s or company environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to negotiate to a mutually successful outcome.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analysing claims when first presented through to settlement.
• Considering coverage for claims, referring to Senior Management where appropriate.
• Considering all aspects of claims, including liability and likely quantum, appointing Adjusters, Lawyers or others service providers.
• Setting and maintaining appropriate reserve at the earliest possible juncture throughout the life of claims.
