EL/PL Fee Earner - Leeds (Hybrid) - Up to £50,000

Are you an experienced EL/PL fee earner ready for your next challenge? BCL Legal is working in partnership with a leading, award-winning claimant firm to recruit a talented individual to join their dynamic Employment and Public Liability team, based in Sheffield with flexible hybrid working options.

The Opportunity
As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you'll take ownership of a busy caseload of litigated fast-track matters, handling both pre- and post-litigation files. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing department with strong supervision and clear career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of 100-150 EL/PL files from inception through to conclusion

Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including letters of instruction and court proceedings

Negotiating settlements and liaising with insurers and medical experts

Meeting court deadlines and preparing cases for trial where necessary
