A leading legal services provider in Liverpool is seeking a candidate to manage cost-related matters in their Technical Costs Department. The successful applicant will review costs claims, negotiate settlements, and collaborate within a team. Strong knowledge of legal costs and exceptional communication skills are essential. The role sits within the firm's Technical Costs Department and will focus on managing cost-related matters across a range of cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing fixed costs files, preparing cost schedules, making and evaluating offers, and negotiating settlements.
