Law firm in London, well regarded for its work in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence law, is looking to recruit two Claimant Clinical Negligence lawyers—one with 0 to 1 year PQE and the other with two or more years PQE.

This team has extensive experience in pursuing claims for victims of medical negligence, particularly those involving catastrophic or life-changing injuries and complex liability issues. With over 30 years of expertise, they combine technical excellence with a genuine understanding of each client's needs.

Due to continued growth and expansion of the Clinical Negligence group in London, there is now an excellent opportunity for two solicitors to join this market-leading team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Proactively managing own files and supporting partners in case management.
2. Preparing documentation required for case trials, including document review, taking witness statements, and preparing schedules of loss.
3. Liaising with counsel and experts.
4. Communicating with clients and handling matters with sensitivity.

If qualified, you should have some experience in claimant or defendant Clinical Negligence and be interested in working as a claimant lawyer. If newly qualified, you should have completed a seat in claimant/defendant Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence/Catastrophic Injury.
